Sessions covering different artistic techniques: painting, drawing, origami, salt dough, artwork using hay, etc. are 45 minutes per week.

WORKSHOPS
The school offers a wide range of thematic sessions and workshops: scientific, creative, artistic, culinary, fitness etc. The sessions develop children’s abilities and talents and stimulate imagination and creative thinking. The children learn to have a healthy lifestyle with physical activity, stimulate their senses with culinary delights and develop their manual skills.

DOING HOMEWORK
As part of the after-school club in the school common room, students have the possibility to do their homework under the watchful eye of our teachers.

PROJECTS

In addition, the students take part in PROJECTS:

SUBJECT-SPECIFIC AFTER-SCHOOL CLUBS

  • Mathematics
  • Nature studies
  • Polish language / editorial

FREE PLAY AND OUTDOOR TIME
Apart from lessons, in the school common room we provide conditions for the children to enjoy free, unhampered playtime, because alongside learning this is a child’s fundamental form of activity. At the same time we try to direct the children’s activity in such a way that they will of their own accord choose games that will expand their knowledge and abilities.

Our programme also includes daily outdoor time. The lunch break at our school has specially been extended to almost 1 hour’s length, so that after eating students can go outside (if weather conditions allow it), get some fresh air and gather strength before their afternoon sessions.

REMEDIAL OR ADDITIONAL STUDIES
Each form teacher, as a person who is excellently aware of their students’ intellectual capabilities and needs, organises extra sessions aiding their development – individually or in small groups. The sessions are aimed at both children experiencing their first difficulties in learning and those demonstrating special talent.

(PAID) EXTRACURRICULAR ACTIVITIES  (after 3 p.m.):

  • chess
  • physiotherapy exercises
  • speech therapy
  • modern dance
  • Latin American dance
  • learn to play the guitar
  • sports sessions: rollerblading / hockey / swimming
  • other sessions, depending on students’ interests and needs

The condition for each type of extracurricular activity to be organised is the enrolment of a sufficient number of students.
